1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or submit content. By using Verve, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Your Account

• Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Content You Share

• You retain ownership of photos, videos, and captions you upload.
• You grant Verve a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute your content within the Services.
• Share only content you have the right to post. Do not infringe third-party rights or share personal data of others without consent.

4. Community Guidelines

• Focus on flowers, plants, and related topics.
• Do not upload violent, hateful, pornographic, or illegal material.
• Avoid spam, scams, and misleading promotions.
• Respect other members and avoid harassment or abuse.

5. App Permissions

Camera, photo library, and microphone permissions are used solely to help you capture, upload, and share flower-focused media. You can revoke permissions in device settings.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior. You may delete your account anytime through in-app settings or by contacting support.

7. Disclaimers

Verve is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free content. You use the Services at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Verve is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect product changes or legal requirements. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
